I am currently thinking about bootstrapping versus funding. I have some business experience in Turkey but I am trying to avoid building too much before I understand the real demand.
My current plan is to start with a small test, speak to potential customers and only then invest more time and money. The part I am unsure about is what to measure in the first 2-3 months.
If you have done something similar, I would appreciate practical feedback.
